Our design process begins with a consultation to understand your vision and requirements. We provide conceptualisation, including up to 6 3D renders, and allow for up to 5 minor design changes during the revision cycle. Once the design is finalised and approved, we proceed to production and delivery.

3. Customisation Options

We offer a range of customization options for our forged wheels, including sizing, fitment, finish, construction, concavity, and dish. All customizations are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products and services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of the quote, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Additional charges may apply for customisation beyond standard options.

5. Warranty and Guarantee

Our custom forged wheels come with a lifetime structural warranty, a 3-year cosmetic warranty, and a 100% fitment guarantee. Please refer to our warranty policy for detailed terms and conditions.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your custom wheels within 2-3 months of final approval. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays or damages incurred during transit.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of TSM Forged and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
